Victoria Harbour to The Peak, Wong Tai Sin, Lantau and Central
About This Expedition
“Designed for those who want Hong Kong not as a stopover, but as a layered private experience — cinematic, spiritual and sharply contemporary.”
This journey reveals Hong Kong through its most powerful contrasts: harbour and mountain, ritual and modernity, Cantonese heritage and world-class dining. Each day is structured to move between registers — from the grandeur of Victoria Harbour at sunset to the incense-thick calm of Man Mo Temple, from soaring rooftop bars to intimate Michelin counters in a single evening.
The experience begins with Victoria Harbour by traditional junk boat, continues through The Peak and Man Mo Temple, rises above Lantau Island by private helicopter, and deepens through feng shui, Chinese ink painting and Mahjong design traditions. A private guide shapes each day with access and interpretation unavailable to independent visitors.
Evenings are an essential part of the journey — Michelin-starred dining, skyline restaurants and rare cocktail bars, from ARGO to Ozone and DarkSide. Hong Kong after dark is one of the world's great spectacles, and this itinerary ensures you experience it from the finest positions.
What Is Included
Day by Day
Every day has been sequenced to create a natural rhythm — arriving rested, departing enriched, and never once conscious of the machinery moving beneath you.
“The best journeys are felt in the body before they are understood by the mind.”
Kowloon & Victoria Harbour
A VIP airport arrival sets the tone. Private transfer to Rosewood Hong Kong or The Peninsula, both positioned on the Kowloon waterfront with direct views across the harbour to Hong Kong Island. The afternoon begins with an Aqualuna sunset cruise — a traditional red-sailed Chinese junk navigating Victoria Harbour as the city's skyline catches the late light. Dinner is reserved at The Legacy House, Rosewood's celebrated Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, or at CHAAT for Michelin-starred modern Indian cuisine. The first evening ends at the harbour's edge, the skyline beginning its nightly performance.

The Peak & Central
The morning begins with The Peak Explorer — the historic funicular ascending to one of the world's most photographed panoramas, with Victoria Harbour and the city stretching in every direction. A private guide navigates Central's heritage layers: the Botanical Gardens, colonial-era buildings and hidden alleyways connecting old and new Hong Kong. Lunch at Amber or Duddell's. The afternoon is given to Man Mo Temple on Hollywood Road, where a private feng shui encounter with Master Marco Cheung includes a Bai Sun ceremony and personal fortune reading in a setting heavy with incense and candlelight. Dinner at Caprice or Lung King Heen — one of only a handful of three-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurants in the world. Cocktails at ARGO close the evening.

Wong Tai Sin, Lantau & ICC Skyline
The morning is shaped by Wong Tai Sin Temple — one of Hong Kong's most sacred sites, known for granting wishes, where a private feng shui encounter offers deeper access than any tourist visit. From The Peninsula helipad, a private helicopter lifts you across the harbour to Lantau Island, circling the Tian Tan Buddha before descending — one of the most dramatic perspectives available in Hong Kong. Lunch at Gaddi's inside The Peninsula — a storied dining room that has served royalty and heads of state since 1953. The afternoon is given to Rosewood's Asaya Spa for recovery. Dinner at Tin Lung Heen or Tosca di Angelo, followed by cocktails at Ozone — the world's highest bar, crowning the ICC tower on the Kowloon skyline.

Art, Culture & Private Creative Expression
A more contemplative day, focused on Hong Kong's creative and cultural depth. Begin with spa or a visit to K11 Musea, the harbour-front cultural retail complex with rotating art installations. Omakase lunch at Sushi Wadatsumi. The afternoon is dedicated to craft: a Mahjong Cultural Tour and private workshop at PMQ in Central, exploring the history and design language of one of the world's most distinctive tile arts. A private Chinese ink painting workshop follows with a master artist — meditative, precise and deeply Hong Kong. Dinner at Hutong with panoramic harbour views. The evening closes at DarkSide, Rosewood's rare spirits and live jazz bar.

Harbour Leisure & Departure
The final morning is left intentionally open. A late breakfast, a harbour walk, or a final exploration of K11 Musea and the waterfront promenade. There is no scheduled agenda — only the city, at whatever pace the morning asks for. Private transfer and VIP airport service complete the journey as it began: with ease, attention and no friction.
